Maggie's Childhood

The first book of Maggie - A Multicultural Children's Book Series.

Highly recommended for K-5th-grade students, especially parents, grandparents, teachers, libraries, and anyone who works with elementary school-age students and loves to explore multicultural diversity in children's books.

Maggie's Childhood is the first book of the Maggie -  A Multicultural Children's Literature Book Series (Fiction) inspired by the author's childhood real stories and memories of what it was like growing up in a small town in Cambodia. The book was written as a Narrative Memoir Journal of the author's childhood memories, but the author later decided to turn the book into a series of multicultural children's literature books based on the true story. The book is inspired by and reflects the author's real stories, combined with fiction.

The author aims to embrace her unique Cambodian culture and the value of family traditions. For us, Cambodian people, family means everything. The story in the multicultural book reflects cultural identity and showcases the love of a family, the relationship, and the connections among family members and neighbors in the community.

Maggie - the children's book series is perfect for readers who love to learn about new cultures, families, food, and cultural heritage.
